ArtLight Program

Singing on the staircase and leaping in the lobby – these were just some of the activities guests and local residents saw as part of ArtLight, a new arts and culture program that GCG developed for the Hotel Philips, the most historic and prestigious boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown. The hotel partnered with organizations such as the Heartland Men’s Choir, the Kansas City Ballet, Broadway Across America and the Kaufmann Center for the Performing Arts to provide artistic direction and talent for the program. The goal of ArtLight was to highlight the best that Kansas City has to offer and make sure that area residents and travelers don’t miss a beat.
